Creating a standard journal is simple. Just follow these steps:

Go to General Journals from the Search bar. 

Enter the journal lines you want to save. Select the journal lines.  

Click More Options > Actions > Functions > Save as Standard Journal.

Enter a Code and Description on the Save as Standard Gen. Journal page.

Optionally, enable Save Amount if you want the amounts to be stored too. Click OK to save.
