Copy to Posted Jnl. Lines: A Small Checkbox That Solves a Big Problem

While working with Business Central, you might come across a scenario where General Journal lines disappear after posting — and you can't find them on the Posted General Journal page.

💡 Here's the catch: BC doesn’t automatically copy journal lines to the Posted General Journal page unless you explicitly tell it to.

🔧 How to Enable It:

Go to General Journal Templates
Select your journal template (e.g., GENERAL).
Set Copy to Posted Jnl. Lines = TRUE

Now, you’ll see your journal lines in the Posted General Journal list.
